The IPP module will display the below warning banner stating that the O365 Refresh token expired when the IPP preservation fails due to the O365 refresh token expiry.

In order to address this failure, the O365 refresh token needs to be generated and updated. To re-generate a new O365 refresh token, please follow the instructions listed in the below article.

Once the token is updated, the IPP module will continue to display the token expired popup message until any IPP operation is retried and completed successfully.
