The Edit Consolidated Notifications RBAC needs to be enabled for the role type that is assigned to a user in order to make sure that the user has permission to edit to Consolidated Notification (CNF).
Please follow the below steps to enable permission to edit the consolidated notifications for a user account.
Step 1: Kindly login to the admin portal.
Step 2: Click on Security roles.
Step 3: Select the role type assigned to the user for whom you would like to enable permission to edit the CNF and click on Edit as shown below.
Step 4: In the Edit security role type pop-up, click on Next as shown below.
Step 5: Navigate to the Legal Hold Management section from the left pane and enable the Edit Consolidated Notification RBAC under the Legal Hold Notifications group as shown below and click on OK as shown below.
