If the scheduled date of the matter deletion needs to be updated, you need to cancel the existing schedule and create a new schedule with an updated date value in order to revise the scheduled deletion date.

Please follow the below steps to cancel an existing schedule of the matter deletion and create a new schedule for deleting the matter.

Step 1: Log in to the Exterro application and click on Matters.

Step 2: Click on the Closed tab from the Manage matters page and select the matter that is scheduled for deletion.

Step 3: Click on Actions and select Cancel Delete.

Step 4: Click OK in the cancel matter deletion popup.

Step 5: Once the schedule for deletion is canceled, click on the Actions menu again and click on Delete matter.

Step 6: In the Delete matter pop-up, select the required deletion date in the Scheduled deletion date field and click on OK.
