End-of-Support Policy

 

Exterro will provide Technical Support for the Current Major Release and the immediately prior Major Release of each product. Development escalation and assistance will only be provided for the Current Major Release. 


Exterro generally targets a Major Release every 6 to 12 months, and Service Packs 2 -3 per year.
