In Enterprise, the Mac Agent Collection dialog presents an error saying "Please select the case", but the case dropdown is disabled.
- Make sure the "AccessData Exterro Self Host Service" is running
- Wait 5-15 minutes and try collecting from the Mac again
The Mac Agent Collection dialog is supposed to automatically select the active case. However, if the case was just created, not enough time may have elapsed for the "AccessData Exterro Self Host Service" to copy the case's information to the database location that the Mac Agent Collection dialog references.
