How to create the custom fields of metadata of the document to get in the produced dat file:

They can be included by creating them manually in the master file properties Please go through the steps below to create any custom field you require. Please follow the below steps.

1. Please click on settings
2. Select data management settings
3. Then click on production
4. Click on master file properties setup
 5. Click on +New button

The field name which you wanted to create in master file properties should be the same as it is in the metadata of the document and every letter must be given in lower case i.e if the field name in the metadata of the document is Last_Printed, it should be given as last_printed (every letter should be in lower case). Likewise as you mentioned two more field names present in metadata of the document i.e Pr_transport_message_headers should be created in the master file properties in file properties as pr_transport_message_headers and for Accessed_date it should be given as accessed_date. Please find the below table and screenshot for your reference.

After creating the custom fields in the master file properties manually, we need to click on 'save' button.
