Scenerio for Producing Emails and Non-emails together:

There are two scenarios if both emails and standalone are being produced at the same time.

  • If the emails and standalone are being produced at a time, if you select field value < ‘email sent/receiving date’ < Sort by < ascending/descending order, emails will be produced in the order based on an email sent/receiving date sorted by ascending/descending order accordingly. While the Standalone files will be produced in the order based on the file unique key, which is set as a default sort order.
  • If the emails and standalone are being produced at a time, if you select field value < ‘last modified’ < Sort by < ascending/descending order, the standalone will be produced in the order based on the last modified date sorted by ascending/descending order accordingly. While the emails will be produced in the order based on the file unique key, which is set as a default sort order.

If both emails and standalone must be produced only in date order, they have to Separately be produced.

  • By selecting field value < last modified < sort by < ascending/descending for standalone production.
  • And field value < email sent/ receiving date < Sort by < ascending/descending for email production.
