Creating New Processing Activities
To create a processing activity that was not captured during the profiling session, click the Create button on the top right of the grid as shown in below screenshot :
Input the name of the new processing activity in the Target Processing Activity text box and click Save. The screen will update to list departments. Select all applicable departments. The selected departments will populate for review in the right-hand column as shown below. The Cancel button will discard the new processing activity.
Once you have finalized your selections, click Save & Close button in the bottom right corner. A pop-up window asks if you wish to complete the profiles, or populate the supporting data, of the newly-created processing activity. To do so now, click Yes. To complete the data another time, select No. The processing activity will then not have any data, but you may edit and add data at anytime.
If you chose Yes to completing the processing activity, blank questions and answer choices will appear. You can navigate through the question categories in the first column and select the appropriate responses. Any changes made will appear in the far-right column for review. Once you have finished your updates, select Save & Close to save your responses and view the data in the grid.
