To customize the columns on your Retention Schedule Reports, select Publication Options under Settings.
To update a specific report, first select the report from the dropdown next to SCHEDULE. Then, select the items you would like displayed on your report.
Publication Options also allows you to choose which report will display within the Portal View.
Custom Footer Text is defaulted to our standard copyright language.
Note: After any change is made to Publication Options, you must re-approve the Business Functions for reporting to reflect the changes.
