Here are the possible scenarios why the legal holds are not being updated in Exterro.

  1. If the legal hold is in planned status, then the information will not be pushed into the passport system until it is issued.

  2. The Exterro will sync the legal hold information to the passport depending upon the job scheduled. This job interval has been configured in a property and the property name is LEGAL_HOLD_UPDATE_JOB_INTERVAL – the value should be between 1 to 24 (hours). To check this property, go to AdminPortal→ Integration Console→ EDRM adaptors→Passport Tab→ LEGAL_HOLD_UPDATE_JOB_INTERVAL.
