The “Manage” tab provides insight about the progress of your vendor diligence program. It also outlines necessary “Action Items.”
Vendor Assessment Overview
UPCOMING: The number of vendors that are ready to launch in the next 30 days. To view these vendors, click “UPCOMING.” The graph will reflect only the “UPCOMING” vendors.
IN PROGRESS: The number of vendors that are actively working to complete their survey. To view these vendors, click “IN PROGRESS.” The graph will reflect only the “IN PROGRESS” vendors.
COMPLETE: The number of vendors that have completed their survey and have been either approved or rejected. To view these vendors, click “COMPLETE.” The graph will reflect only the “COMPLETE” vendors.
Action Items
Surveys past due: To send a reminder email to these vendors, click “Remind >” and select the appropriate vendors.
Vendor surveys ready for launch: Click “Launch >” and select the appropriate vendors. When you click “Launch Vendors Now” the vendors selected will receive an email with a link to their assessment.
Vendors surveys ready for review: To review a vendor’s response, click “Review >” and select “Review” under the “Action” column.
Bad email addresses: To edit the vendor’s email address, click “View>” and select “View Profile” under the “Action” column.
Vendors not assigned to a survey: Click “View >” and “+Select” next to each vendor to assign them to the appropriate assessment. Click the save button at the bottom of the page.
