Contacts are the Vendor Relationship Owners (VROs), assigned in the vendor’s profile.  A VRO is an individual at your company responsible for the business relationship with a specific vendor.  To access all VROs in the system, click the settings icon in the top right corner of the page and select “Contacts.”



Remove a Contact from Multiple Vendors
Step 1: Click the settings icon in the top right corner of the page and select “Contacts.”



Step 2: Hover over the contact’s name you want to remove and click the settings icon to the right.

Step 3: Select “Deactivate.”  The contact will no longer receive any emails regarding the vendor(s).

Contact System Access
After a contact has been added to a vendor’s profile, you can provide the contact with read-only access to the system.

Step 1: Click the settings icon in the top right corner of the page and select “Contacts.”


Step 2: Click over the contact’s name and click the settings icon to the right.



Step 3: You can edit or deactivate the contacts
