Refresh token expired in DSD:
Need to Generate the token and update it in the Authentication Tab:
Kindly follow the below steps to generate an M365 refresh token:
Step 1: Download the Powershell script that is attached to this document and right-click on the Powershell script and choose Run with Powershell.
Step 2: In the Powershell command prompt type Y and hit on Enter to run the powershell script. Once you hit on enter a Microsoft login page will be displayed.
Step 3: Enter the M365 Service account credentials that you are using for DSD. Once you enter the credential and click on login a new M365 refresh token will be generated. Kindly have it copied.
Please follow the below steps to update the token in the DSD module.
Step 1: In the Exterro application navigate to Connectors/Integrations.
Step 2: Click Application --> Click on Office 365 connector.
Step 3: Click on Authentication --> Click on Edit in the upper right-hand corner --> Paste the newly generated Refresh Token in the Security & Compliance API field and hit the Test Button -> Once the test connection is successful -> Click on Save. The authentication tab will be marked as verified.
Step 4: Click on the Auto-Discovery tab and click Edit and Save so that the Auto-Discovery tab will be verified as well. Post that the discovery/sync can begin the sync job.
