This usually means the necessary files have somehow been altered or did not download correctly. This warning may also appear if the other driver used by MPE+ are corrupt. If this happens, please try the following:
- Close MPE+
- Delete the contents of “%AppData%\AccessData”
- Start MPE+
- Download the Physical Acquisition Support files again
If the warning still presents itself:
- Uninstall all of the following, if present, via the Windows Control Panel:

AccessData Mobile Phone Examiner Drivers
MPE Smartphone Driver
iTunes
Apple Application Support
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour - Delete all the following folders, if present:
“%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\AccessData”
“%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer”
“%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Apple”
“%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Apple Computer”
“%ProgramData%\Apple”
“%ProgramData%\Apple Computer”
"%ProgramFiles%\AccessData\Mobile Phone Drivers"
"%ProgramFiles(x86)%\AccessData\Mobile Phone Drivers" - Reboot
- Verify the MD5 of your MPE+ ISO
- Mount the MPE+ ISO and install MPE+
- Start MPE+
- Download the Physical Acquisition Support files again
