Environment Details
Summation Pro is a website you can access from any server in your environment. If you have placed it in a DMZ and provided proper security you can access the website from anywhere that has an internet connection. The internal link is:
HTTPS://MachineName/adg.map.web/
Share Location - defaults can be changed in Management -> System Settings:
\\FileServer\share\case\
Only Admins and service account need access to this folder for logs.
\\FileServer\share\import\
Staging area
\\FileServer\share\export\

Troubleshooting (5.2.x)
- All Service Errors can be found under Management -> System Log

- Configure \Program Files\AccessData\eDiscovery\Work Manager
- Create folder on the C drive named “TranOutput”
