Which AccessData Software Products support being installed in a workgroup (non-domain) environment?
Answer
In general, installing an AccessData software product in a Workgroup is supported if all software components (including the database) are installed to the same machine. If any of the software components will be distributed over multiple machines, then all the machines must be part of the same Domain, and all components must be run under the same Domain "service account".
An important exception is that AccessData "eDiscovery" is not supported in a Workgroup at all, regardless of how many machines will house its software components.
