Unable to select label on Export or Production set. 

Error message in the system log "The socket connection was aborted. This could be caused by an error processing your message or a receive timeout being exceeded by the remote host, or an underlying network resource issue. Local socket timeout was '00:20:00'



Go to: C:\Program Files\AccessData\eDiscovery\Business Services > eDiscovery.BusinessServices.WindowsHost.exe config file and modify the highlighted values from 2 to 5. See attached areas to adjust.


Having large amounts of labels and/or a SQL server that is not optimized will cause the application to timeout on the query that retrieves and counts the number of objects in the label.
