Question

How can I change the Summation/eDiscovery website timeout?

Answer

  1. On the server hosting AccessData MAP, navigate to ":\Program Files\AccessData\MAP".
  2. Make a copy/backup of "web.config".
  3. Open the original "web.config" in a text editor.
  4. Locate the lines below and change the values to the number of minutes you'd like the timeout to be
    180" />

    180" slidingExpiration="true" loginUrl="Login.aspx" />

Note: Both values must be the same.

  5. Save the changes.
  6. Open a Command Prompt (as Administrator).
  7. Run the command iisreset.
