Can't get the kff to load. Missing C drive error. Print

Problem: Can't install the KFF.

Symptom: Error indicating missing C drive when installation is attempted.

Cause: The C drive is missing.

Resolution: Attach thumb drive name it change the drive letter assignment to make it C. Install the KFF. Remove thumb drive.
