"Password is invalid" error in Site Server Print

Problem

Upon clicking "Apply" in Site Server Configuration, you receive the following error: Password is invalid.

Resolution

1. Ensure your are specifying a PEM, encrypted P12, or ADP12 in the "Private Certificate" field.

2. Click "Apply."

Cause

An unencrypted P12 file was specified in the "Private Certificate" field.
