When attempting to print using the Local Bulk Print action, the print application appears and repeats the message

Waiting for next document to be available for printing



  1. Open the Windows Services on the computer where the Local Bulk Print application is installed (Start >> Run >> "services.msc").
  2. Scroll down to Print Spooler.
  3. Set Print Spooler service to Automatic and start the service.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the Local Bulk Print application.



This issue is typically caused by a disabled or stopped Print Spooler service.  It can also be caused by a corrupt or out-dated version of the Local Bulk Print application.  


Note: Bulk print jobs are handled by the processing engine. If the above resolution does not solve the issue, then have an administrator examine the Management > Work Manager Console and see what status has been given to the bulk print jobs (i.e. whether they are queued or active processing jobs).
