Problem

When attempting to collect from a Druva Data Source, the job fails and the System Log shows the error "The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error".

 

Resolution

  1. Refer to this article to ensure the connector's Path/Url is formatted with the proper letter case
  2. Verify the server can properly navigate to that URL

 

Cause

The connector's Path/Url string is improperly formatted.
