Problem
Summation or eDiscovery users are unable to sort in the "Item List" grid.
Solution
Uncheck the "Keep Family Together" option and try sorting again.
Note
If sorting still seems unresponsive after deselecting "Keep Family Together", then either clear the browser cache and refresh the item list window, or refresh the browser session by pressing F5.
Overview
The "Keep Family Together" sort option will cause the records in the item list to be sorted by the "ObjectID" field with parents and children records sorted together.
