Problem
Your load file contains Labels or Issue coding, but after you import the load file, the column is still blank.
Resolution
Ensure that all possible values are already created as possible Issue choices.
If there are any values within the load file that are not already available as a Label or Issue choice, create them and then import the load file again.
Cause
FTK Central will not be able to create the values during load file import. It can only populate the field for values that already exist.
This is also true for any custom checkbox or radio field, not just Labels and Issues.
