Problem
Your load file contains Issue coding, but after you import the load file, the Issues column is still blank.
Resolution
Ensure that all possible Issue values are already created as possible Issue choices.
If there are any values within the load file that are not already available as an Issue choice, create them and then import the load file again.
Cause
Summation Pro will not be able to create the Issue values during load file import. It can only populate the field for values that already exist.
This is also true for any custom checkbox or radio field, not just Issues.
