Problem
You attempt to use "Certman" found in the FTK "bin" folder to generate a self-signed certificate and an error is thrown "no OPENSSL_Applink".

Overview
The "certman.exe" is dependent on a dll that is missing from the "bin" folder of the later versions of the FTK application.
