Problem

When attempting to "Browse" to a folder path in Ediscovery/Summation Pro, you are not able to see any input box to fill in a server name (E.g. clicking the "Export" button on an already-generated production set, and clicking "Browse", or clicking "Browse" when processing evidence).

Example of the problem is below.

https://s3.amazonaws.com/cdn.freshdesk.com/data/helpdesk/attachments/production/69009876051/original/mceclip0.png?X-Amz-Algorithm=AWS4-HMAC-SHA256&X-Amz-Credential=AKIAS6FNSMY2XLZULJPI%2F20210926%2Fus-east-1%2Fs3%2Faws4_request&X-Amz-Date=20210926T164455Z&X-Amz-Expires=300&X-Amz-SignedHeaders=host&X-Amz-Signature=a03c875a9c92604d58059d67d812fdab301df629017091dce361243ad40ba375

The normal browse dialog looks like below.

https://s3.amazonaws.com/cdn.freshdesk.com/data/helpdesk/attachments/production/69009876052/original/mceclip1.png?X-Amz-Algorithm=AWS4-HMAC-SHA256&X-Amz-Credential=AKIAS6FNSMY2XLZULJPI%2F20210926%2Fus-east-1%2Fs3%2Faws4_request&X-Amz-Date=20210926T164455Z&X-Amz-Expires=300&X-Amz-SignedHeaders=host&X-Amz-Signature=174ca4b002e6646316b90f68ae5c408166e2fabb68157e81aade65b1aef56f0c

Solution

Click the "Tools" button (icon of a white gear in upper-right) for the Internet Explorer browser and change the "zoom" setting to 100%.

Overview

This problem occurs if the browser zoom setting is greater than 100%. You may change the zoom setting back to your desired setting, after you are finished browsing to the desired folder.
