Problem

An error "1722" is thrown when attempting to uninstall the "Accessdata Evidence Processing Engine". The error mentions a firewall rule.

Sample Error:

Solution

Enable the "Windows Firewall" service and re-run the uninstall process.

Overview

The error is caused by a "Windows Firewall" rule that was created by the "Accessdata Evidence Processing Engine" installer. The firewall rule can only be removed if the "Windows Firewall" service is enabled.
