Most of the time, an iBlaze case is comprised of the following items:
1) a CI setting file, usu. found in a folder named CASES;
2) a case folder, usu. found in a folder named CASEDATA.
If you collect the two items above for your archive, then that should suffice. However, do double-check if someone may have a custom location that you also need to be collect.
To examine a case for any custom locations, open the case in iBlaze and select CASE -->Customize and look for any full path specifications in any of the fields. The full paths will denote custom locations that also have data belonging to that case.
In addition, there may be PLEADINGS folders. A pleading icon looks like a balance (SEE ATTACHMENT). Right-click any pleadings icons to examine where the items may be located.
